Seeing green

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I don't think we have had a nicer day outside this year so after Allie got out of school today we met our friends at the park for a picnic. I hope this weather lasts but even if it doesn't, summer is right around the corner!!

Lucy-Goose

My sister Betsy brought Lucy home from college about 15 years ago. She lived with my parents ever since they moved to Utah and has lived a good long life. I'm not a cat lover but Lucy was much different than other cats. It was time for her to go but not without a lot of tears from all of us. We've never had a pet for so long and we'll miss sweet little Lucy.
